HILTON HEAD, SC—The Bloomsburg University women's tennis team closed out its spring break trip to South Carolina dropping its final three matches. The Huskies lost to William Jewell College, 9-0; Centre College, 6-3; and Slippery Rock, 9-0.
 
In the match with Centre College the Huskies led 2-1 after doubles action. Natalie Greenholt (Hanover/South Western) and Nicole Slagle (Irwin/Penn Trafford) won 8-3 at number two doubles, while the team of Erin Reienauer and Catilin Flynn posted an 8-4 victory.
 
In singles action the Huskies picked up just on win with Centre College taking five matches to rally for a 6-3 victory. Reitenauer was Bloomsburg's lone winner posting a 6-3, 7-5 win at number six. At number two singles Greenholt dropped a tough three-set match 2-6, 6-2, 4-10.
 
Bloomsburg returns to action on Monday hosting Wilkes University at 4 p.m.
