Paine and classmate Raychelle Kuhns (Williamsport/Loyalsock) were honored in a pregame ceremony.

In the first game, Hannah Moir (Mount Laurel, NJ/Lenape ) led off the bottom of the second inning with a double and scored on Rehm's two-run shot to left center.  Baer doubled BU's lead with a two-run blast of her own with two outs in the inning for a 4-0 lead.

Paine, meanwhile, kept Mansfield off balance during the entire contest.  She carried a no-hitter into the sixth inning, striking out 11 batters in the first five innings and allowing just a walk and a hit batter to reach base.

The Mounties broke up the no-hit bid in the sixth a double after the first batter of the inning walked. A first run scored via a sacrifice fly and MU cut it to 4-2 after a Bloomsburg error.

In game two, Pratt hit two of the Mounties' three home runs as Bloomsburg fell 5-2.

A two-run first put the Huskies ahead early.  Mandi Baer (Douglassville/Daniel Boone) got things started with a single to lead off the inning.  McHale beat out a bunt to put two runners on and a walk by Rachel Fredell (Dingmans Ferry/Delaware Valley) loaded the bases with no outs.  Chrissy Belko (Old Forge/Old Forge) lifted a fly ball deep to left that allowed Baer to come home and Hannah Moir (Mount Laurel, NJ/Lenape ) drove in a run with a single up the middle for a two-run lead.

Mansfield tied the game in the third inning and a solo homer by Pratt in the fifth put the Huskies down 3-2.  Stupski hit a solo homer in the sixth and Pratt in the seventh to put the game out of reach.

McHale had her second two-hit game of the day and finished the doubleheader a combined 4-for-6.  Moir went 2-for-3 in game two.

Paine got the nod at pitcher in game two and took the loss after allowing four runs in 5.2 innings on eight hits and two walks.  She struck out six to finish the day with 22 punch outs.

Caitlin Klobosits was credited with the victory after yielding a pair of runs on five hits and walk, while striking out eight.
