STORYLINE
Bloomsburg looks to snap Edinboro's five-game winning streak on Wednesday, October 8, at 4:30 p.m. After a week off, the Huskies are looking for their first win in the past three games in another crucial PSAC match.

LAST TIME OUT
(Box Score) Despite a late rally, the Huskies fell to the visiting Kutztown Golden Bears on Sept. 30 at Steph Pettit Stadium by a score of 3-2. The first half of the game saw the three goals from Kutztown's Diana Malanga, two of them assisted by Sam Costello. Bloomsburg found the back of the net late in the second period, with goals by Rachel Yenney (Collegeville/Perkiomen Valley) and Julia Rios (Millersville/Penn Manor), who was assisted by Megan Carroll (Middletown/Middletown Area).

SCOUTING EDINBORO
The Scots enter Wednesday's competition at a 5-4-1 overall record. Throughout their current five-game winning streak, Edinboro has recorded three shutouts with two on the road and one at home. Edinboro's last time in action resulted in a 2-1 upset over 24th-ranked IUP. Freshman Ashley Mutkus found the back of the net at 13:28 in the first half off of a free kick, while junior Jansen Hartmann scored off of a corner kick at 60:39 in the second period. Hartmann leads the Scots with three goals and eight points on the season. Goalkeeper Megan Kelly, who holds the school record for career shutouts, has a 0.98 goals against average in over 900 minutes of action this season.

Edinboro has enjoyed much success in recent seasons under longtime head coach Gary Kagiavas, reaching the NCAA Playoffs the past three seasons. The only head coach in program history, Kagiavas entered the season with a 156-134-28 record in 18 seasons at the helm.

LAST MEETING
(Box Score) Edinboro defeated the visiting Huskies last season, 4-2. Scoring started early for the Scots, with making their first goal of the contest in the seventh minute. The Huskies entered the second half trailing 3-0, until two second period goals for the Huskies put them on the board. Jenna Fisher (Selinsgrove/Selinsgrove) found the back of the net at the 60th minute, followed up by Tara Huber (Orefield/Parkland) for the second goal 11 minutes later. Edinboro's Liz Debo scored her second goal of the contest off of a header to seal the win in the 76th minute.

HUSKIES STAT LEADERS
Brooke Mohney (Bigler/Clearfield) leads the Huskies with two goals on the year while Mohney and Ashley Sanchez (Lyndhurst/DePaul Catholic) each have four points. Sanchez has led the team in attacks this season with 26 shots on goal. In goal, Megan Deak (West Islip, NY/West Islip) is 4-4-1 with a 1.08 goals against average and 51 saves.

YENNEY NOTCHES HER FIRST
Freshman Rachel Yenney (Collegeville/Perkiomen Valley) had a moment to remember last time out in the Kutztown match as she tallied her first career collegiate goal. Yenney found the net in the 80th minute of play, settling the ball about 40 yards out and let go a high, lofting shot that went over the outstretched arms of Golden Bears goalie Deanna Messner putting the Huskies on the board at 3-1.
