STORYLINE
The Huskies look to build on their three game win streak against two East division rivals in Lock Haven and Mansfield. Bloomsburg currently sits at third place in the East, with Mansfield in fourth and Lock Haven in fifth.

LAST TIME OUT
On April 13, the Huskies swept a double header against conference foe Millersville, winning the first game by mercy rule, 10-1, and the second game, 4-3, in extra innings. In game two, the Huskies pounded out nine hits in a 10-1 rout that was called after five innings. Taylor Parker (Dewart/Warrior Run) picked up her eighth win of the year, striking out six and allowing only three hits. The Huskies were led at the plate by Erika Yanora (Tunkhannock/Tunkhannock) and Mandi Baer (Douglassville/Daniel Boone), who collected two hits apiece.

In game two, it took an eighth inning Chrissy Belko (Old Forge/Old Forge) single to win it for the Huskies. Senior Hannah Moir (Mount Laurel, NJ/Lenape ) scored the winning run to give the Huskies the 4-3 victory. Taylor Parker (Dewart/Warrior Run) did her part with the bat this time, pounding out two hits in the win. Erika Yanora (Tunkhannock/Tunkhannock) also recorded a multi-hit game. Mallory Tomaschik (Catawissa/Southern Columbia) got the win in the circle for BU.

SCOUTING LOCK HAVEN
While the Lady Eagles have struggled this season, they do have some pop in their lineup. Freshman infielder Michelle Holweger leads the Haven in batting average at .350. She has also knocked in 17 RBIs. They are led in the circle by junior Jessie Probst. Despite a 7-10 record, she owns a 2.15 ERA and has tossed nine complete games on the season.

SCOUTING MANSFIELD
Mansfield is off to a solid start this season, posting a .500 mark in conference. The Mountaineers lineup features one .400 hitter and two other .300 hitters. Senior outfielder Stephanie Simmeth is hitting .400 this year, with six doubles and eight RBI to her credit. Another impressive statistic: in 65 at-bats, she's struck out only seven times. The two other threats in their lineup are senior pitcher Kate Pratt and junior infielder Amanda Goodwin, who are hitting .359 and .319 respectively. Kate Pratt also has an impact in the circle, owning a 6-3 record with a 1.69 ERA. She has thrown seven complete games on the season.

SERIES HISTORY
Bloomsburg leads the all-time series vs. Lock Haven 69-29.
Bloomsburg leads the all-time series vs. Mansfield 90-6.

HUSKY BATS STAYING HOT
Junior pitcher/second baseman Sarah Bertoni (Nanticoke/Greater Nanticoke Area) is leading the team hitting .413 with two doubles and three homeruns. BU backs up their offensive attack with six other Huskies hitting over .300.

LOW ERA IS KEY FOR PITCHING STAFF
The Huskies pitching staff has been next to lights out in 2014. With two pitchers with sub two ERA's and even a team average of 1.84, which ranks first in the PSAC. Along with the low ERA, this Huskies staff has been able to put their team in winning position day in and day out. As a team they've tossed five shutouts, and freshman Taylor Parker (Dewart/Warrior Run) has tossed complete games in each of her 11 starts.
