STORYLINE
Bloomsburg, ranked sixth in the region by the NSCAA, comes into the game having won three of its last four games, while Pitt-Johnstown is still looking for its first win of the year.
 
LAST TIME OUT
The Huskies suffered a 3-1 loss on Tuesday against Kutztown. Rachel Yenney (Collegeville/Perkiomen Valley) scored the only Huskies goal with an assist from Hannah Miller (El Dorado Hills, CA/Oak Ridge). Goalie Devon Haviland (Warminster/Archbishop Wood) had eight saves on goal for Bloomsburg. For Yenney it was the third straight game with a goal.
 
LAST MEETING
Last year the Huskies defeated the Mountain Cats 3-0 at Steph Pettit Stadium. Megan Carroll (Middletown/Middletown Area) scored first in the 16th minute with an assist from Ashley Sanchez (Lyndhurst/DePaul Catholic). Brooke Mohney (Bigler/Clearfield) scored with an assist from Jenna Fisher (Selinsgrove/Selinsgrove), and Sierra Fortunato (Kennett Square/Unionville) also scored. Megan Deak (West Islip, NY/West Islip) had three saves on goal for Bloomsburg.
 
SCOUTING BLOOMSBURG
The Huskies have spread their scoring around with nine players having scored at least one goal. As a team BU has scored 20 goals and allowed 17. Allie Barber (Pittston Twp/Pittston Area) leads the team with six goals and three assists for 15 points, while Ashley Sanchez (Lyndhurst/DePaul Catholic) is second with five goals and one assist for 11 points. Devon Haviland (Warminster/Archbishop Wood) has a 1.18 goals against average with a. 784 saves percentage and 58 total saves.
              
SCOUTING PITT-JOHNSTOWN
 As a team, the Mountain Cats have scored 10 goals and have allowed 38. Kaitlyn Eckley leads the team in points with two goals and two assists for four points. Brittany Montano and Kim Bonnett also have two goals. Goalkeeper Leigh Appolonia has a 3.05 goals against average and a .738 saves percentage.
