STORYLINE
The Huskies, ranked fifth in the first NCAA Atlantic Region poll, can clinch a spot in the PSAC playoffs with a win today. Also, the Huskies will honor the senior members of its team prior to the game. The 2015 seniors are
Mike Bamford (Doylestown/Central Bucks West),
Spencer Conrad (Enola/East Pennsboro),
Nick Izzo (Frankford, DE/Indian River),
Stephen Pieri (Chalfont/Central Bucks South) and
Matt Zima (Newtown/Council Rock North).
LAST TIME OUT
Bloomsburg dropped a 3-1 match at East Stroudsburg on Wednesday night.
Austin Transue (Langhorne/Neshaminy) scored the Huskies lone goal from an assist from
Kenny Herrmann (Langhorne/Neshaminy). West Chester allowed two goals four minutes apart in the final 15 minutes of the contest, falling to visiting Lock Haven, 3-2, Wednesday afternoon. Kody Eberly and Miguel Ross scored goals for the Golden Rams.
LAST MEETING
West Chester beat the Huskies a year ago, 2-1, with Alex Caplan scoring both goals. For the Huskies,
Spencer Conrad (Enola/East Pennsboro) notched Bloomsburg's lone goal in the game.

The Huskies are led in scoring by
Austin Transue (Langhorne/Neshaminy) with 24 points (10g-4a) and
Anthony Cerda (Budd Lake, NJ/Mount Olive) with nine points (4g-1a). Also,
Kenny Herrmann (Langhorne/Neshaminy) is third with seven points (3g -1a). Transue is the first Huskies player with 10 or more goals in a season since Fran Miller had 10 in 2012. In goal
Jared Ott (Philadelphia/Archbishop Ryan) has seen action in eight games and has a 1.26 goals against average (GAA) and .756 saves percentage with
Taylor LeSage (Collegeville/Methacton) posting a 1.28 GAA and a .781 saves percentage.
SCOUTING WEST CHESTER
West Chester is led in scoring by Miguel Ross with 16 points (7g-2-a) ,while Roberto Silva second with eight points (1 g-6 a) and Max Adardwah third with seven points (3g- 1a). In goal Matt Palmer has seen action in 13 of the team's 15 games and has a 1.46 goals against average and a .756 saves percentage (62 saves). As a team the Golden Rams have scored 24 goals and allowed 23 goals on the season.
UPCOMING SCHEDULE
The Huskies close out the regular season home schedule on Wednesday, Oct. 28 at 2 p.m. hosting West Virginia Wesleyan.
