Allie Barber (Pittston Twp/Pittston Area) scored the game's only goal in the 101
st minute of action to give the Bloomsburg University women's soccer team a 1-0 win over Slippery Rock on Saturday afternoon.

The teams were even in the opening 45 minutes of play with each squad getting four shots and one corner kick. In the second half the Rock held a 4-2 edge in shots and a 3-1 advantage in corner kicks, but again neither team could not score.

The first overtime saw just one shot on goal for the Huskies and none for Slippery Rock. The just 39 seconds into the second overtime
Ashley Sanchez (Lyndhurst/DePaul Catholic) fed Barber the ball in the middle of the Rock zone and the freshman easily drilled it home for the game winning goal. For Barber it was her team leading sixth goal of the year.
