Tali Wehner (Bloomsburg/Bloomsburg) 22 seconds into overtime lifted the Bloomsburg University field hockey team to a 3-2, overtime win over Shippensburg University in the quarterfinals of the 2015 PSAC (Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference) playoffs on Tuesday.
The Huskies, who lost to the Raiders 3-0 on Saturday, got on the board first in the 25

Shippensburg answered right back just over three minutes later when Kendall Beck scored on a Molly Stuart assist.
It stayed 1-1 through the end of the first half and well into the second half of play. In the back and forth play the Huskies generated three penalty corners and the Raiders one.
On the fourth corner play Peters fed the ball to
Jackie Shragher (Holland/Council Rock South) who drilled it home to give Bloomsburg a 2-1 advantage in the 62

In the seven-on-seven overtime, Wehner and Peters were on a 2-1 breakaway with Wehner feeding a pass in front of the crease to Peters for the easy shot just 22 seconds into the period.
For the game the Huskies and Raiders were even in shot attempts at 12-12 with Shippensburg holding an 11-6 edge in corners.
