BOX SCOREBLOOMSBURG—The Bloomsburg University women's tennis team won its second straight match downing East Stroudsburg, 8-1, on Monday afternoon in a PSAC (Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference) Eastern Division matchup.

The Huskies opened a 3-0 after doubles winning at No. 1 with
Aida Diop (Allentown/Emmaus) and
Caitlin Flynn (Cedar Grove, NJ/Cedar Grove) and the No. 2 team of Erin Reitnauer and
Cat Garrity (Allentown, Pa./Emmaus) winning by identical scores of 9-7.

In singles play the Huskies won five of the six matches to earn the victory. Bloomsburg had two, three-set wins with Garrity winning 1-6, 6-1, 6-1 at No. 4, while Illiana Anapolsky won 3-6, 6-3, 6-2 at No. 5.

Bloomsburg is now 2-5, 2-1 in the PSAC East. The Huskies are scheduled to face Shippensburg and Cheyney on Saturday.
