ERIE—The Bloomsburg University women's soccer team lost to Gannon University, 3-0, on Friday afternoon in a PSAC (Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference) matchup.
 
The first half was scoreless with the Golden Knights holding an 8-1 edge in shots in the first half.
 
Gannon broke through in the 66^th minute on a penalty kick by Mani Brueckner. The home team then put the game out of reach with two goals a minute apart late in the game.
 
Bloomsburg goalie Devon Haviland (Warminster/Archbishop Wood) stopped seven shots in the contest.
 
The Huskies, 1-2, 1-2 PSAC, play at Mercyhurst on Saturday at 1 p.m. Gannon improves to 3-0, 2-0 in the PSAC.
