WEST CHESTER—The Bloomsburg University men's soccer team played to a 0-0, two overtime tie with West Chester on Saturday in a PSAC (Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference) match.

The Golden Rams, second in the PSAC standings, outshot the Huskies for the game, 20-9 (7-4 in shots on goal) and held a 15-2 edge in corner kicks. Bloomsburg goalie Jacob Pescarcik, though, came up with seven saves in the game to record the shutout, his second of the year.

There were some tense moments late in the game for both teams. In the final ten minutes of regulation play, the Huskies
Anthony Cerda (Budd Lake, N.J./Mount Olive) had a shot on goal with West Chester goalkeeper James Wood making the save. Then in the 88
th minute of play, the Golden Rams Brett Glasco hit the post keeping it 1-0.

In the extra sessions, West Chester had six shots to three for the Huskies and a 6-0 advantage in corner kicks, but neither team could hit the back of the net.

Bloomsburg goes to 2-11-3, 1-6-3 in the PSAC, while West Chester, which has clinched a PSAC playoff berth is now 10-3-3, 7-1-2 in the PSAC.
The Huskies host Molloy on Tuesday in a non-conference match starting at 4 p.m. Â
