LAST TIME OUT ...
Bloomsburg pulled off a miraculous comeback on Wednesday evening, rallying from 17 points behind with under seven minutes left in regulation, to stun Kutztown, 68-66, at Keystone Arena. It was Bloomsburg's third consecutive victory, and fourth win of the season. The Huskies trailed 64-47 with 6:56 left in regulation but went on a 19-0 run to erase that deficit and finished by outscoring the Golden Bears, 21-2, over the final seven minutes. Senior Morgan Klunk (Felton, Pa./York Catholic) led all scorers with 20 points - 12 in the fourth quarter - and added six rebounds, three assists, three blocks, and six steals. Sophomore Alyssa Mack (Walnutport, Pa./Allentown Central Catholic) added 19 points - 15 in the first half - while senior Alex Ross (Lancaster, Pa./Manheim Township) (11) and freshman Taylor Montana (Berwick, Pa./Berwick) (10) were also in double figures.

STARTING FIVE ...
1 - Points have been tough to come by this season. Despite scoring a season-high 68 points at Kutztown on Wednesday, Bloomsburg dropped to last in the PSAC, and 293rd in the country, in points per game (54.4). The Huskies have been held to under 60 points in 12 of the 16 games this season - they scored 61 against Georgian Court and then scored 63 (seven in overtime) in a loss at Gannon. They posted 67 points at West Chester on December 30 before their season-high 68 at Kutztown on Wednesday. The Huskies are 14th in the league in field goal percentage (37.8%), 15th in three-point percentage (26.8%), and 15th in free throw shooting (63.9%).

2 - On the flip side, the Huskies are, however, ranked sixth in the conference in scoring defense (61.6) and have limited opponents to under 70 points in a game a dozen times. Over the last three games, the Huskies have allowed a total of 146 points (48.7 per game). The Huskies are 92nd in the nation in points allowed per game. Bloomsburg is second in the PSAC, 28th in the country, in opponents' three-point percentage (26.2%) and is fifth in the conference in opponents' field goal percentage (38.1%). The Huskies are also second in the conference in blocked shots per game (4.9), which has them 15th in the country in that department.

3 - Sophomore Taylor Sneidman (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Cumberland Valley) is developing into a solid contributor at point guard for the Huskies. Sneidman has started each of the last seven games for Bloomsburg and is averaging 32.9 minutes in those seven starts. In her first 26 career games with the Huskies, Sneidman scored a total of seven points on 2-of-31 from the field and 0-for-18 from long range. However, the slow start to her career is long gone - in her last eight games, Sneidman is averaging 6.5 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 2.6 assists. She also leads the team in three-point accuracy (31.8%; 7-of-22).

4 - Senior Morgan Klunk (Felton, Pa./York Catholic) is tops on the team in nearly every statistical category this season. She leads the team in scoring (12.3), rebounding (6.0), assists (2.6), and steals (2.3). Klunk has moved into 12th place on the school's all-time list for career assists with 265. She needs 13 helpers to tie Dana Wieller (2009-13) for 11th on the list. Klunk also needs 56 points to reach the 1,000-point milestone for her career.

5 - The Huskies have a very young roster that features only two seniors - Morgan Klunk (Felton, Pa./York Catholic) and Alex Ross (Lancaster, Pa./Manheim Township) - and no juniors. The rest of the 12-player roster is comprised of five sophomores, one redshirt freshman, and four true freshmen. One of the sophomores, Allie Barber (Pittston Township, Pa./Pittston Area), joins the team for the first time this season. Barber was an All-PSAC Second Team selection and an NSCAA (National Soccer Coaches Association of America) All-Atlantic Region Third Team honoree for the Huskies' women's soccer team this fall.

THE SERIES ...
Bloomsburg leads the all-time series against East Stroudsburg, 51-23.

LAST MEETING AGAINST EAST STROUDSBURG ...
In the opening round of the PSAC Tournament last season, East Stroudsburg ended Bloomsburg's season with a 79-69 overtime victory on February 27, 2016. The Huskies made a stunning comeback, outscoring the Warriors, 25-15, in the fourth quarter to force overtime. But, the Huskies scored only two points in the extra session and could not build off that momentum. Alyssa Mack (Walnutport, Pa./Allentown Central Catholic) led the Huskies with 17 points while Morgan Klunk (Felton, Pa./York Catholic) added 16 points. Adreana Sadwoski ended her brilliant career with 15 points, nine rebounds, and four blocks. Imani Brown led East Stroudsburg with 22 points while Allison Howard added 20 in the win.

SCOUTING THE WARRIORS ...

After starting the season with a perfect 5-0 record, the Warriors have gone 4-7 since then and have lost four of their last five to bring a 9-7 overall record and a 5-7 mark in the PSAC East into the Nelson Field House on Saturday. The Warriors have lost five of their last six road games. The Warriors are fourth in the PSAC in scoring (71.3) but 10th in the league in scoring defense (66.6). Senior Allison Howard leads the team in scoring (14.9) and rebounding (7.9). Howard ranks 10th in the PSAC in scoring and ninth in the league in rebounding. She is 11th on the school's all-time list with 1,158 career points. Sophomore Noelle Powell is second on the team, 14th in the conference, in scoring (14.3). She is averaging 16.8 points over the last four games and leads the PSAC in three-point shooting (44.2%). Junior Imani Brown is third in scoring (11.5) and second in rebounding (5.1). Brown scored a season-high 28 points last Saturday but was 0-for-12 from the field on Wednesday at Shippensburg. Freshman Jordan Hertz leads the team in assists (3.1) which puts her 14th in the conference. She also ranks third in the league in assist-turnover ratio (2.4).

EPIC COMEBACK ...
On Wednesday night, the Huskies trailed at Kutztown by 17 points with 6:56 left in regulation - 15 with 5:27 left - but outscored the Golden Bears, 21-2, in the final seven minutes to pull off a stunning 68-66 win - the team's third consecutive victory. Senior Morgan Klunk (Felton, Pa./York Catholic) carried the team on her back in the fourth quarter - she scored 12 of her game-high 20 points during the fourth quarter and had three of her career-best six steals in the final ten minutes. She was also 6-of-6 at the foul line in the fourth - 8-of-8 for the game.

LOW SCORING ...
Bloomsburg comes into the contest having scored more than 60 points in a game only four times this season (61 at Georgian Court on November 26; 63 (seven in OT) at Gannon on December 4; 67 at West Chester on December 30; and 68 at Kutztown on January 18) and is averaging only 54.4 points per game. Despite scoring a season-high 68 points on Wednesday, the Huskies dropped to last in the PSAC in scoring offense (293rd in the country).

DEE-FENSE ...
Despite the scoring woes, the Huskies have been in a number of games this season because they have been able to keep their opponents off the board. Bloomsburg's defense has allowed 70 or more points in a game only four times and allow only 61.6 points per game to their opponents. That figure is the sixth-best in the PSAC and 92nd in the country. Over the last three games, all wins, the Huskies have allowed a total of 146 points (48.7 per game). In fact, the team has not allowed more than 66 points in a game since allowing a season-high 81 points at West Chester on December 30 (six straight games). Bloomsburg is second in the PSAC, and is 28th in the country, in opponents' three-point percentage (26.2%) and it ranks second in the league in blocks per game (4.9).

CLOSING IN ...
Senior Morgan Klunk (Felton, Pa./York Catholic) continues to get closer to becoming the next player in program history to record 1,000 career points. With her 20 points against Kutztown on Wednesday, Klunk is now just 56 points away from the milestone and needs to average 5.6 points over the last 10 games to hit the number - less if the Huskies get in the PSAC Tournament. She averages 9.2 points per game for her career. Klunk is also 12th in school history in career assists with 265.

BLOCK PARTY ...
The Huskies are second in the conference, and 15th in the country, in blocked shots per game (4.9). The Huskies have blocked at least four shots in 12 of the 16 games and have blocked ten shots in a game twice - against Chestnut Hill on November 22 and at Philadelphia on November 27. Freshman Taylor Montana (Berwick, Pa./Berwick) is tied for seventh in the PSAC in blocks (1.4) while senior Alex Ross (Lancaster, Pa./Manheim Township) is tied for ninth (1.3). Freshman Meghan Corridoni (Exeter, Pa./Holy Redeemer) is tied for 12th as she averages 1.1 blocks per game. Montana, Ross, and Corridoni have combined for 59 of the team's 79 blocks.

MACK ATTACK ...
Sophomore Alyssa Mack (Walnutport, Pa./Allentown Central Catholic) is becoming a go-to scorer for the Huskies as she ranks second on the team in scoring at 10.5 points per game this season after averaging 7.1 points per game as a freshman a year ago. She has reached double figures in scoring nine times this season after hitting the mark seven times a year ago. She is averaging 12.4 points over her last seven games. She also leads the team, and is tied for 13th in the PSAC, with 30 three pointers this year.

UP NEXT ...
Bloomsburg will be back on the road next Wednesday, January 25, as it takes on Lock Haven University. Tip-off is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. The Huskies lead the all-time series against the Bald Eagles, 26-18.
