STORYLINE
The Huskies look to pick up their second win in a row in a non-conference contest on Monday. The matchup against Jefferson was originally scheduled for Sept. 6, but was postponed due to inclement weather.

ALL-TIME SERIES
Jefferson College leads the all-time series over Bloomsburg 1-0.

LAST TIME OUT
Bloomsburg picked up its first Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) win of the season at California (Pa.) 3-2 on Saturday (Oct. 21). After a scoreless first half, Anthony Cerda (Budd Lake, N.J./Mount Olive) got the Huskies on the board in the 47th minute thanks to an assist from Mike Bazadona III (Kingston, Pa./Wyoming Valley West). Bazadona was on the receiving end of an assist from Austin Transue (Langhorne, Pa./Neshaminy) in the 52nd minute. After a Vulcans goal in the 62nd minute made it 2-1, it was Bazadona finding Transue in the 64th minute to extend BU's lead to 3-1. A California (Pa.) goal in the 70th minute cut the lead to just one, but Bloomsburg held on for the win. As a team, Bloomsburg out-shot California (Pa.) 16-14, including 7-5 in shots on goal. The visitors also held a 6-5 advantage in corner kicks in the match. Bazadona led Bloomsburg with a four-point outing on one goal and two assists, while Transue recorded one goal and one assist for three points. Transue and Samuel Izzo (Frankford, Del./Indian River) each recorded four shots in the win, while Brian Kilcoyne (Bensalem, Pa./Bensalem) and Kristopher Gross (Perkasie, Pa./Pennridge) each fired two. Brett Milden (Mullica Hill, N.J./Clearview Regional) and Matt Goodall (Baltimore, Md./Perry Hall) each registered one in the contest. Taylor Lesage (Collegeville, Pa./Methacton) made three saves in the win.

The Rams are coming off a 3-0 win over Nyack on Saturday (Oct. 21). Pedro Neto scored his fifth of the year in the 38th minute to start the scoring, giving Jefferson a 1-0 halftime lead. It was Myles-Jordan Senior-Campbell in the 47th minute who gave the Rams a 2-0 lead, before Dillon Abraham scored his second of the season in the 67th minute to secure Jefferson's win. Ben Sauer made three saves in the shutout.

These two teams met back on September 28, 2016 in Bloomsburg with the Rams coming away with the 3-2 overtime win. Transue netted a goal in that game as well.
