STORYLINE
Bloomsburg looks to win its second in a row in non-conference play with a visit to Chestnut Hill Tuesday night (Nov. 28).

LAST MEETING
The Griffins defeated the Huskies 49-45 at the Nelson Field House back on Nov. 22, 2016. Taylor Montana (Berwick, Pa./Berwick) led the Huskies in scoring with 12 points, while Meghan Corridoni (Exeter, Pa./Holy Redeemer) added 11. Alyssa Mack (Walnutport, Pa./Allentown Central Catholic) also chipped in five and Marissa Molnar (Erie, Pa./McDowell) scored three.
 
LAST TIME OUT
The Huskies battled to a 63-54 win over Holy Family back on Tuesday (Nov. 21). Bloomsburg trailed by two after one quarter and by 12 at the half, but held Holy Family to single-digit scoring in both the third and fourth quarters to complete the comeback win. As a unit. Bloomsburg shot 41.3 percent from the field, 18.2 percent from downtown and 75.0 percent at the charity stripe. Two Huskies scored in double figures, as Corridoni and Leah Myers (York, Pa./Eastern York) each logged 10, with Myers's total marking a new career-high. Megan Brandt (Lebanon, Pa./Northern Lebanon) and Taylor Sneidman (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Cumberland Valley) added nine points each, while Emma Saxton (York, Pa./Central York) and Montana contributed eight. On the glass, BU out-worked Holy Family 42-32, led by a career-high 13-board night from Montana. Corridoni also pulled down seven boards on the night. Payton Spadaccino (Ivyland, Pa./Council Rock South) had the hot hand on the night, dishing out a team-high three assists. Sneidman also logged a team-high 34 minutes, with five other Huskies playing at least 20.
 
The Griffins picked up a 93-80 win at Mercy College back on Saturday (Nov. 25). The Griffins held a nine-point lead after one quarter and a 49-35 lead at the half on the way to the 13-point win. Vicky Tumasz led all scorers with 27 points, whle Jaeda Wildgoose and Cailey Gibson each chipped in 17. Cassie Sebold poured in 12, and Shannon Glenn added a double-double with 11 points and 20 rebounds.
 
SCOUTING BLOOMSBURG
The Huskies are sixth in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) in scoring defense, giving up 64.0 points per game. The Huskies also scored 58.5 points per game. Montana leads the Huskies in scoring, averaging 8.5 points per game. Corridoni is second on the team with an average of 8.3 points per game. Nine other Huskies have contributed points on the season. Montana is also the team's leading rebounder, pulling down 6.3 boards per game. Saxton, Sneidman and Spadaccino share the team lead in assists with 12. Montana and Corridoni also lead the team in blocks with six apiece.
 
SCOUTING CHESTNUT HILL
Chestnut Hill leads the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) in scoring averaging 77.0 points per game. The Griffins also give up 75.0 points per game. As a team, Chestnut Hill is fourth in the league in field goal percentage with a mark of 40.3 percent. The Griffins also knock down 38.7 percent of their three-pointers, the fourth-highest percentage in the CACC. Mary Trossi's 29 assists are tied for the conference lead. Chestnut Hill leads the league in rebounding, pulling down 45.0 boards per game. Their mark of 34.0 defensive rebounds per game is first, while their 11.0 offensive rebounds per game is eighth. Individually, Tumasz's 20.2 points per game is second in the CACC, while Wildgoose's 16.6 are sixth in the league. Tumasz also hits 55.0 percent of her three-pointers, good for third in the league. Wildgoose's 53.1 field goal percentage is also fifth in the league Wildgoose's 46 total rebounds are the third-highest total in the league, while Trossi's 36 rebounds are ninth in the league.
