STORYLINE
The Bloomsburg University softball team heads into the weekend with a perfect 4-0 start in conference play, and will battle at Lock Haven on Saturday, before hosting IUP on Sunday. The Huskies are coming off of back-to-back sweeps of Mansfield and Clarion last weekend, but have not played this week due to rain in the Bloomsburg area.
 
ALL-TIME SERIES
The Huskies are ahead in the all-time series against Lock Haven, 69-29.
Bloomsburg leads he all-time series versus IUP, 56-9.
 
SCOUTING BLOOMSBURG
Bloomsburg enters the weekend with an 11-11 record (4-0 PSAC) after sweeping both Mansfield and Clarion. 
 
Taylor Winkelman (Springfield, Pa/Springfield) is leading the team with 29 hits and has seven RBI on the season. Taylor Parker (Dewart, Pa./Warrior Run) is batting .354 and has a team-high 14 RBI while Emily Mayhew (Perkasie, Pa./Pennridge) leads the team with six doubles. 
 
In the circle, Mallory Tomaschik (Catawissa, Pa./Southern Columbia) is 4-6 with a 2.42 earned run average (ERA), while Taylor Parker (Dewart, Pa./Warrior Run) has posted a record of 6-4 with a 2.46 ERA.
 
SCOUTING LOCK HAVEN
The Bald Eagles enter the matchup with a 12-12 (3-1 PSAC) record, and are winners of their last three contests. At the plate, McKenna Garlock leads the team with a .364 batting average, 24 hits and 15 RBI while starting every game. Additionally, Becca Caputo is batting .333 with 20 hits and eight runs scored, while Moriah Lindsey has tallied 11 RBI and is third on the roster with a .491 slugging percentage.
 
In the circle, Bekah Slattery has pitched a team-high 79.2 innings, and has a record of 6-7 with a 3.16 ERA. Slattery has struck out 68 batters while allowing just 36 earned runs, and has pitched 10 complete games. Rachel Mouillesseaux also has six wins and has tallied 55 strikeouts in 63.0 innings of work.
 
SCOUTING IUP
The Crimson Hawks enter the doubleheader with a 10-11 record (2-2 PSAC) and are coming off of a two-game sweep against Clarion. Hannah Mercer leads the team with a .386 batting average and is seventh in the conference with three triples. 
 
In the circle, Macy Mularski leads the team with a 1.24 ERA and has a complete game under her belt. Leading the team in the win column is Megan Risinger, who is sporting a 4-1 record with an earned run average of 2.47 and 18 strikeouts.
