STORYLINE
The Bloomsburg University women's basketball team puts its four-game winning streak on the line Saturday afternoon when it heads to Jefferson University for a non-conference matchup. The Rams are 9-0 and ranked 19th in the country in the WBCA Division II Coaches Poll and 17th in the D2SIDA poll. This will be the third ranked opponent the Huskies have faced in their first ten games of the season - Bloomsburg lost at then-#5 IUP, 73-46, on November 14 and defeated then-#19 Edinboro, 70-62, at the Nelson Field House on December 2.

SCOUTING BLOOMSBURG
Bloomsburg climbed one spot and is now ranked ninth in the Atlantic Region according to the latest D2SIDA poll released earlier this week. The Huskies remained perfect in league play after their 70-51 victory at Mercyhurst last Saturday. During the course of their four-game winning streak, the Huskies are averaging 68.3 points per game but remains 16th out of 17 teams in the conference in scoring offense (63.4 ppg). However, Bloomsburg has allowed an average of 54.0 points during the streak and is fourth in the PSAC in scoring defense (56.4 ppg). Only IUP (46.0), California (53.6), and Clarion (54.1) have allowed fewer points per game than the Huskies this season. Senior

She has had three 20-point games and has reached double figures in six of the nine contests this season. She leads the conference, and is 21st in the country, in three-point percentage (49.0%) as she has connected on 24-of-49 from beyond the arc this season. Mack is 95 points away from reaching the 1,000-point milestone in her collegiate career after scoring 18 points at Mercyhurst in the Huskies' last game. Junior
Taylor Montana (Berwick, Pa./Berwick) is also in double figures as she posts 11.6 points and 8.3 rebounds per game. Montana is tied for seventh in the league in rebounding. Sophomore

SCOUTING JEFFERSON
Jefferson is one of 12 teams remaining in the country that have not suffered a loss yet during the 2018-19 season as it enters with a perfect 9-0 record and a 2-0 mark in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC). The Rams are a perfect 3-0 against teams from the PSAC with victories over Shippensburg (78-64) on November 20, East Stroudsburg (70-56) on November 25, and West Chester (82-56) on November 28. Most recently, the Rams are coming off of a 74-59 victory at home against Holy Family last Saturday. Jefferson is averaging 76.0 points per game offensively and allowing only 59.1 points per game on the defensive end. All five starters average in double figures in scoring with Jessica Kaminski leading the way at 16.3 points per game. She also averages a team-high 8.7 rebounds and is second in assists per game at 3.6. Beverly Kum is chipping in 15.4 points and 7.7 rebounds per contest. She had 15 rebounds in the win over Bloomsburg last season. Caitlyn Cunningham (13.7 ppg), Alynna Williams (12.0 ppg), and Erin Maher (10.8 ppg) are also in double digits on the year. Cunningham leads the team in assists (43) and steals (22). Depth could be a factor - the five starters average 68.2 of the 76.0 points per game the team scores.
