STORYLINE
The Huskies look to open the Spring half of their schedule with five matches in six days over Spring Break in Orlando, Fla.
ALL-TIME SERIES
This will be the second all-time meeting between Bentley and Bloomsburg. Bloomsburg leads the series 1-0.
Bloomsburg and Charleston (W.V.) have met six times previously, with Charleston holding a 4-2 series lead.
This will be the first all-time meeting between Bloomsburg and Dallas Baptist.
This will be the 43
rd all-time meeting between Bloomsburg and Shippensburg. BU holds a 28-14 lead in the series.
This will be the sixth all-time meeting between Bloomsburg and Ithaca, with Bloomsburg leading the all-time series 3-2.

Cassidy Calimer (Egg Harbor City, N.J./Absegami) and
Vitoria Nery (Sao Paulo, Brazil/Educandário Santa Maria Goretti) (No. 1, 8-0),
Anna Newcomer (Williamsport, Pa./Loyalsock) and
Catherine Garrity (Allentown, Pa./Emmaus) (No. 2, 8-3) and Sienna Cerra and
Lizzy Schmitt (Pittsburgh, Pa./Upper St. Clair) (No. 3, 8-2). BU won five of six singles matches, starting with a 6-1, 6-1 win by Nery at No. 1. Calimer earned a 6-0, 6-0 sweep at No. 2, while Garrity won 4-6, 6-2, 10-8 at No. 3. Newcomer earned a 6-3, 6-3 win at No. 5, before
Chloe Berridge (York, Pa./Dallastown) closed out the match with a 6-2, 7-6 win at No. 6.
Ithaca defeated Bloomsburg 7-2 back on Mar. 16, 2017. The tandem of
Cassie Wentz (Windber, Pa./Winber Area) and Schmitt won at No. 3 doubles by a score of 8-4, and Garrity won at No. 3 singles 7-5, 4-6, 10-7.
Sioux Falls (S.D.) defeated Bloomsburg 6-3 back on Mar. 14, 2017.
LAST TIME OUT
Bloomsburg fell to Slippery Rock back 9-0 back on Oct. 7, 2017.
Charleston last played on Mar. 3, defeating Southern Indiana 7-2. Charleston won two of three doubles matches, starting with an 8-2 win at No. 1 by Kristine Gegeshidze and Katie Swann before Elise Edwards and Silva Slursarciuc won 8-4 at No. 2. The Golden Eagles would win five of six singles matches, including sweeping No. 1 through No. 4. Gegeshidze won at No. 1 2-6, 6-0, 6-1, while Swann won at No. 2 6-4, 6-0. Edwards captured a 6-0, 6-0 sweep at No. 3, while Slursarciuc won in straight sets at No. 4 6-3, 6-3. Alize Uyttenhove closed out the match with a 6-1, 6-4 win at No. 6.
Dallas Baptist last played on Mar. 3, defeating Southwestern 9-0 and falling to Angelo State 6-3.
The Raiders dropped their match last Friday (Mar. 2) at Shenandoah 5-4. Shippensburg won one of three doubles matches, with Catherine Miller and Daisy Rundio winning 8-1 at No. 2. The Raiders also won singles matches at No. 3 through No. 5, beginning with a 6-4, 6-3 win by Kaylin Gallagher at No. 3. Rundio won her singles match at No. 4 by an identical score of 6-4, 6-3, before Hannah Coath won at No. 5 6-3, 2-6, 7-3.
Ithaca dropped their Liberty League match at William Smith 8-1 back on Tuesday (Mar. 6). Brianna Ruback and Taylor Ginestro were the lone winners on the day for the Bombers, scoring a 9-7 victory at No. 2 doubles.
Sioux Falls (S.D.) lost their last match at Augustana 9-0 back on Mar. 2 in Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) action.
SCOUTING BLOOMSBURG
The Huskies are 12-7 in doubles play as a team, while also owning a 20-12 record in singles play.
Cassidy Calimer (Egg Harbor City, N.J./Absegami) and
Vitoria Nery (Sao Paulo, Brazil/Educandário Santa Maria Goretti) own a 4-2 record as a doubles team, while Senna Cerra and
Cassie Wentz (Windber, Pa./Winber Area) are 2-0 on the year as a pair. Six other doubles pairs have one win on the season so far.
Ashley Barebo (Emmaus, Pa./Notre Dame) leads the team with a 3-0 record in singles play, while
Giovanna Bonito (Sao Paulo, Brazil/Colegio Reino) owns a 3-2 singles record. Six others have two wins on the year in singles play, while another two have one win in singles play.
SCOUTING BENTLEY
The Falcons have a combined 21-27 record in doubles play, while playing to a 59-37 record in singles play. The doubles tandem of Rachel Hui and Evann Welty posts an 8-5 record, while 10 other doubles teams have at least one win to their credit. In singles play, three players have a team-high nine wins while Hui is second on the team with eight. Six others have recorded wins in singles play.
SCOUTING CHARLESTON
The Golden Eagles enter the match as the No. 4 team in the Atlantic region in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) poll. Back on Nov. 21, 2017, the doubles tandem of Gegeshidze and Swann was ranked No. 8 in the country in the ITA doubles poll.
SCOUTING SHIPPENSBURG
The Raiders have gone 6-24 combined in doubles this season, along with a combined 9-43 singles record.
SCOUTING ITHACA
Ithaca has played to a 2-14 combined doubles record as well as an 8-28 singles record on the year. The doubles tandems of Ruback and Shaffer and Jane Alkhazov and Sara Steinberg each have one win on the year. Ruback leads the team with three singles wins on the season, while Steinberg has two and three others have one each.
