STORY LINE
The Bloomsburg men's soccer team enters Saturday's contest against East Stroudsburg University with a 5-7 overall record and a 4-3 slate in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) East. The Warriors are 6-3-3 overall and 3-3-1 in conference play. The Huskies currently sit as the No. 3 seed in the PSAC East while East Stroudsburg is No. 4.
 
ALL-TIME SERIES
East Stroudsburg owns an all-time series lead of 38-14-2 against the Huskies, however Bloomsburg won the previous meeting this year, 2-1, in East Stroudsburg, Pa. to snap a four-game losing streak.
 
SCOUTING BLOOMSBURG
The Huskies are 5-7 on the year and are coming off a hard-fought 2-0 win over Shippensburg University last Wednesday. Bloomsburg is eighth in the PSAC in scoring, averaging 1.75 goals per game while holding opponents to a sixth-best 1.83 goals average for the season. Leading the Bloomsburg offense is junior Carter Luckenbaugh (York, Pa./Central York) with five goals and three assists for 13 points this year. Luckenbaugh is responsible for a pair of game-winning goals, including the game-winner over Shepherd and West Chester earlier this season. Senior Tyler Madeira (Schnecksville, Pa./Parkland) leads the team with sixth goals and is seventh in the PSAC. Defensively, the Huskies are eighth in the PSAC in GAA (1.83) and are led the redshirt freshman Nathan Slotnick (Yardley, Pa./Pennsbury). Slotnick boasts a 1.80 GAA for the season and has a pair of shutouts in his last three games, including against West Chester last Wednesday. Slotnick has played in five games while making four starts and has 27 saves in 400:31 minutes. Freshman defender Stephen Hollis (Holtsville, N.Y./Sachem East) has contributed on the offensive side of the field as well as he leads the team with three assists and a goal, the goal proved to be the game-winner against East Stroudsburg earlier this season.
 
SCOUTING EAST STROUDSBURG
The Warriors come into Saturday's contest with a 6-3-3 over record and a 3-3-1 slate in the PSAC East after a 4-1 loss to #23 West Chester on Wednesday. East Stroudsburg has the fourth-best scoring offense in the PSAC as the Warriors average 1.83 goals a game. Leading the offense is junior Anton Lysell with four goals and three assists for 11 points. Freshman Bradley Turocy also has four goals this season to go with two assists. Junior Oliver Lundberg leads the team and is third in the conference with six assists on the season and has one goal for eight points. Defensively, the Warriors are third in the PSAC with a team 1.08 GAA. Redshirt sophomore Evan Miele has played in and started every game for the Warriors and boasts a 1.02 GAA, good for third in the PSAC.
 
UP NEXT
The Huskies hit the road on Wednesday as they travel to Shepherd University for a PSAC East contest at 3:30 p.m. The Rams are currently 2-9-1 on the year and 0-5-1 in the PSAC East after dropping a 2-0 contest to ESU on Wednesday. The Rams host West Chester University on Saturday for a 1:00 p.m. PSAC East showdown.
