SCOUTING BLOOMSBURG
Following a three-game losing skid, the Huskies have rattled off two straight wins to even their record at 3-3 overall and improve to 2-1 in the PSAC East entering Saturday's contest. Bloomsburg is coming off of an impressive 2-1 come-from-behind victory at East Stroudsburg on Wednesday night as seniors Mike Bazadona III (Kingston, Pa./Wyoming Valley West) and Evan Novian (Baltimore, Md./Loyola Blakefield) scored three minutes apart in the final six minutes of regulation to erase a 1-0 deficit. The goal by Novian was the first game-winner of his career. Senior Tyler Madeira (Schnecksville, Pa./Parkland) leads Bloomsburg with four goals and one assist for nine points on the year. He is tied for fourth in the PSAC in goals and points. Junior Carter Luckenbaugh (York, Pa./Central York) has three goals and an assist for seven points. He entered the campaign with two goals in his first two seasons combined. Sophomore Bryce Evans (Schnecksville, Pa./Parkland) has two goals for four points while Bazadona III and freshman Stephen Hollis (Holtsville, N.Y./Sachem East) have three points apiece. Hollis' points have come on three assists - tied for third-most in the PSAC. Freshman Nolan Michaels (Independence, Ohio/St. Vincent - St. Mary) has started five of the six games and is 3-2 with a 1.18 goals against average and a .600 save percentage. He is sixth in the league in goals against average.
