Sammy Ames' (Holly Ridge, N.C./Dixon) 18-yard shot and punched it over the cross bar.
Â
Sophomore

th minute with his third goal of the season. As the Huskies were attacking, freshman

th minute.
Â
The Huskies took the 2-0 lead into halftime.
Â
The 15-minute intermission didn't cool off the Huskies as Schlee pushed the BU lead to 3-0 just over six minutes into play. Graduate student
Kacper Grycel (Allentown, Pa./Emmaus) headed down a goal kick just by midfield and Schlee buried a 25-yard shot for his second goal of the season.
Â
Senior
Nathan Slotnick (Yardley, Pa./Pennsbury) faced his toughest assignment of the afternoon as the Raiders were awarded a penalty kick in the 61
st minute. Slotnick was up to the task and knocked away the PK attempt to preserve his shutout.
Â
Shippensburg got the final shot of the game off with just over eight minutes to play but Slotnick once again turned away the scoring attempt for his first shutout of the season.
Â
The Huskies and Raiders were tied with seven shots apiece, though the Raiders held a slight 5-4 advantage in corner kicks.
