MILLERSVILLE, Pa. – Senior
Hank Anderson (Oakland, N.J./Indian Hills) won the long jump as the Bloomsburg University men's track and field team sits in sixth place after the second day of the 2022 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

Anderson hit a PR in the long jump as he won with a distance of 7.11 meters. Anderson hit that mark in just his second jump of the day. The senior also qualified for the finals of the 110-meter hurdles as he took second in the prelims with a PR of 15.09.

Tyler Bailey (Mifflinburg, Pa./Mifflinburg) and
Parker Jarratt (West Grove, Pa./Avon Grove) both qualified for the finals of the 800-meter run after finishing in the top-eight during the prelims. Bailey took fifth overall with a time of 1:54.38 while Jarratt hit a PR as he took seventh at 1:54.80.

Brayden Graham (Stroudsburg, Pa./Stroudsburg) narrowly missed a podium spot in the 3,000-meter steeple chase as he took ninth with a PR of 9:57.23, just under two seconds off of the eighth-place finisher.

The 4x100-meter relay team of
Tyreem Welton (Philadelphia, Pa./Penn Wood),
Robert Wilson (Ambler, Pa./Wissahickon),
Brady Dowell (Williamsport, Pa./Loyalsock Township) and
Marco Olmedo (Norristown, Pa./Norristown Area) qualified for the finals with seventh-place finish of 42.61 in the prelim race.

Doug Walsh (Old Forge, Pa./Holy Cross High School) finished fifth overall in the decathlon with a PR of 5,354 total points. Walsh finished in the top-three in four of the 10 events. He took third in the 100-meter dash at 11.35 and second in the high jump as he cleared 1.83 meters. Walsh took third in the javelin with a throw of 47.25 meters and wrapped up the multi events with a third-place finish in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:51.77. He also took sixth in the long jump at 6.07 meters.
