BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – The Bloomsburg men's basketball team dropped its final game of 2023 in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) matchup to Seton Hill, 84-69.

Bloomsburg (2-9, 0-5 PSAC) hit 12 of 32 shots in the first half, while a 20-for-33 performance from Seton Hill (8-3, 3-2) put the Griffins on top, 51-32, at the half.

Louie Wild (Philadelphia, PA/Roman Catholic) led the Huskies with eight points and
DJ Gordon (Pittsburgh, Pa./First Love Christian Academy) drained a pair of three-pointers in the opening frame.

The maroon and gold shifted the momentum in the second half, outscoring SHU, 37-33.

A 10-0 run across the final three minutes allowed the Huskies to close the gap, before ultimately falling to the Griffins.

Jake Nelson (West Chester, Pa./West Chester Rustin) posted 13 points en route to his fourth double double of the season, hauling in 10 rebounds.

Matt Bengel (Erie, Pa./Mercyhurst Prep) went 9-for-16 from the floor, finishing the day with 20 points and five steals.

Wild led Bloomsburg in bench scoring, with 14 points.
