MILLERSVILLE, Pa. – A late fourth-quarter push led the Marauders to a 16-12 win over Bloomsburg lacrosse, Wednesday afternoon. The Huskies dropped to 6-7 on the year and 3-5 in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) East action while Millersville improved to 7-6 and 4-4 in conference play.

Offensively, the Huskies were led by
Kelsey Clauss (Cherry Hill, N.J./Cherry Hill West),
Kate Roberts (Lehman, Pa./Lake Lehman), and
Amanda Stoll (Farmingdale, N.Y./Farmingdale) with three points each – Clauss behind two goals and an assist while Roberts and Stoll had three goals.
Annie Rollins (Shamong, N.J./Seneca) dished out a pair of assists for the Huskies.

Stoll and
Madison Coyle (Williamstown, N.J./Williamstown) continue to dominate the draw as they both won seven draw controls. Clauss grabbed two and
Maya Fulmer (Collegeville, Pa./Perkiomen Valley) won one.

Haley Williams (Garnet Valley, Pa./Garnet Valley) finished the day with one goal and six ground balls while
Cassidy Griffin (Lake Grove, N.Y./Sachem North) led the Huskies with two caused turnovers and had one goal.

Lauren Foley (Schwenksville, Pa./Perkiomen Valley) made 12 saves in the net for the Huskies while Morgan Scott earned the win with 13 saves for Millersville.

The two teams went goal-for-goal in the first quarter as the score was tied 404 thanks to Williams' goal with 4:44 to play. Hayden Corcoran broke the tie and gave Millersville a 6-4 lead with a pair of goals that ended the first and kicked off the second quarter. Griffin got one back with her 12
th of the year but a goal from Liv Genovese with 10:31 to play pushed the MU lead back to two, 7-5.

Clauss started a three-goal run for the Huskies to give BU its first lead since early in the first quarter.
Julia Cote (Macungie, Pa./Emmaus) tied the game at 7-7 at halftime and Stoll put the Huskies on top 8-7 with 13:36 to play in the third. After Roberts gave the Huskies a 9-8 lead, the Marauders scored twice to take the advantage back, 10-9, with 2:02 to play in the third.

Roberts and Stoll ended the third with back-to-back goals for the 11-10 lead for the Huskies but Millersville opened the fourth with a man-up goal to tie the game at 11-11. Coyle gave the Huskies as 12-11 lead with 11:13 to play before Millersville closed out the game on a five-goal run for the 16-12 win.

The Huskies return to action on Saturday when they host West Chester in a PSAC East battle at Steph Pettit Stadium at 1:00 p.m. Prior to the opening draw, the Huskies will honor their five graduating seniors,
