BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – The Bloomsburg women's tennis team dropped a 7-0 match to West Chester University in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) East action, Wednesday. The Huskies fall to 3-10 and 3-2 in PSAC East action while the Golden Rams improve to 8-5 and 6-0 in conference play.
 
The Golden Rams grabbed the doubles point but it was not a sweep as Lexi Quackenbush (Pittsburgh, PA/Fox Chapel) and Luana Bernadi won at No. 1 doubles, 6-4.
 
Jen McDonald (Melbourne, Australia/Brentwood Secondary College) had a strong match at No. 3 singles. After going down 6-2 in the first set, McDonald came back to win 7-5 in the second. Tori Alexander of WCU closed out the match with a 10-8 win in the tie breaker set.
 
The Huskies continue PSAC East action as they travel to Shippensburg for an important conference match up on Saturday, April 15.
