BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – Women's soccer posted its second-straight shutout in a 1-0 victory over Millersville in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) matchup Saturday night.

Bloomsburg (2-2-2, 2-1-1 PSAC East) took the lead in the 15th minute when junior midfielder
Brooke Foster (Cherry Hill, N.J./Camden Catholic) curled a shot from outside the box into the top right corner. Junior forward
Ellie Rowe (Hetlerville, Pa./Central Columbia) was credited with the assist.

Overall, the maroon and gold held Millersville (1-2-2, 1-2-1) to just three shots and one shot on goal that came in the second half.

Riley Spingler (Langhorne, Pa./Neshaminy) earned her second solo shutout of the season and the 13th of her career in the win.

Bloomsburg's back-to-back shutouts at home extends the team's home shutout streak to six games, dating back to October 5, 2022.

The win also extends the Huskies' winning streak against the Marauders to nine games including shutouts in the last eight.
