STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – Robert Wilson (Ambler, Pa./Wissahickon) posted a Pennsylvania State Athletic (PSAC) qualifying time in the 400-meter as the Bloomsburg men's track and field team had a successful day at both the Fastrack National Invite and the River Hawk Friday Night Showdown on Friday.
 
At Susquehanna the men's program saw a plethora of success in the 400-meter, claiming four of the top six finishes. Robert Wilson (Ambler, Pa./Wissahickon) ran a 50.85 to win the event and punch his ticket to the PSAC Indoor Championships. Finnegan Purtle (/) placed second with a time of 52.24 and Andrew Basile (Easton, Pa./Easton Area) finished third with a time of 52.29. Salahudinn Abdul-Hamid (State College/State College Area) ran a personal-best of 53.47 to place sixth in the event.
 
Wilson, Purtle and Basile teamed with Brady Dowell (Williamsport, Pa./Loyalsock Township) to win the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:27.99.
 
In the 60-meter Doug Walsh (Old Forge, Pa./Holy Cross High School) finished in seventh with a PR of 7.15 while Basile ran a personal-best 7.39.
 
The 200-meter saw Abdul-Hamid post a PR of 24.11 to place sixth. Jack Brunner (/) finished tenth with a time of 24.34.
 
In the 60-meter hurdles Andrew Kane (/) ran a 9.85 to finish ninth.
 
In the field, Shaheem Hill (Williamsport, Pa./Williamsport) cleared 1.82 meters in the high jump and finishing third in the event.
 
Tyler Lobos (/) placed second in the pole vault with a personal-best height of 4.15 meters. Dillion Steffy landed in eighth with a 4.00-meter clearance.
 
Hill competed in the triple jump as well, placing seventh with a 11.71-meter jump. Andrew Wasilewski (Kulpmont, Pa./Mount Carmel Area High School) placed tenth with a mark of 10.51.
 
In the shot putt Kaleb Zimmerman (Lancaster, Pa./Garden Spot) finished sixth with a throw of 13.77. Zimmerman also set a PR in the weight throw with a 10.43-meter throw.
 
At the Fastrack National Invite a trio of runners set PR's in the 800-meter. Ryan Tepper ran a sub two-minute race (1:50.30), Rich Loughran (Ottsville, Pa./Pennridge) finished with a time of 2:00.14 and Jordan Mann (Kunkletown, Pa./Palmerton) ran a 2:02.77.
 
Peyton Riley (Danville, Pa./Danville Area) ran a personal-best in the mile, finishing in 4:22.17. Brayden Graham (Stroudsburg, Pa./Stroudsburg) ran a PSAC qualifying time of 4:22.67 while Zach Ryan (Horsham, Pa./Hatboro-Horsham) ran a PR of 5:02.71.
 
Ryan Duff (Plymouth Meeting, Pa./Plymouth-Whitemarsh) set a personal-best in the 3000-meter with a time of 8:53.21.
 
Track and field travels to Bethlehem on Sunday, February 18 for the PSAC Indoor Championships at Lehigh University.
