Bloomsburg (4-12) used a pair of home runs from Owen Wilhide (York, Pa/Northeastern) and Jeremy Stine (Springfield, Va./West Springfield) in the final three innings for its first home win of the season.

The game remained even through three innings before Michael Zeis sent a two-run shot over the centerfield fence to give St. Thomas Aquinas the 2-0 advantage.

From that point on STAC held the Huskies without a hit until freshman Owen Wilhide (York, Pa/Northeastern) came stepped in as a pinch hitter for his first collegiate at bat in the bottom of the sixth.

Wilhide drove the fifth pitch over the left centerfield wall, recording a home run as his first collegiate hit.

Brady Ebbert (Etters, Pa./Red Land) led off the bottom of the seventh with a single to right field before advancing to second on a wild pitch.

Jonathan LaBarbera (Lebanon, Pa./Cedar Crest) tied the game with an RBI-single to left centerfield to bring Ebbert home from second.

Stine gave the maroon and gold the lead in the eighth, launching a solo shot into the trees beyond the left field wall.
