WEST CHESTER, Pa. – The Bloomsburg men's tennis team took down West Chester, 6-1, for their second-straight Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) victory, Saturday afternoon.

The Huskies won at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles to claim the first point of the match.
Fernando Barros (Sao Paulo, Brazil/Hoosac School) and
Jaime Soria (Pamplona, Spain/Liceo Monjardin) won 6-1 at No. 2 doubles and
Iu Casamitjana (Igualada, Spain/Escola Pia Igualada) and
Denis Dementev (Saint-Petersburg, Russia/) won 6-3 at No. 3 doubles.

Dementev picked up his second win of the day with a 6-2, 6-3 win at No. 1 singles. Casamitjana also won his second match of the day with a 3-6, 6-2, 6-2 win at No. 4 singles. No. 2 doubles partners Soria and Barros won their singles matches as well. Barros won 6-7 (9-7), 7-6 (7-5), 1-0 (10-4) at No. 3 singles and Soria won 6-0, 6-2 at No. 5 singles.

Albert Martin (Barcelona/Instituto Menendez y Pelayo) won at No. 2 singles 6-2, 6-4 for the Huskies.

The Huskies return to action on Wednesday, April 13 when they travel to Millersville for a PSAC contest.
