COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. –The Bloomsburg field hockey team dropped one spot to sixth in the latest edition of the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division II National Coaches Poll as announced by the organization on Tuesday morning.

The Huskies sit at 12-4 on the season and are 4-4 in conference play with just one regular-season contest remaining.

Bloomsburg dropped a pair of road contests this past week, including a road loss to the then No. 6-ranked team, West Chester, in a midweek bout.

Genna Bush (Boiling Springs, Pa./Boiling Springs) leads the team in both goals and points this season, totaling 16 goals and 33 points in 16 contests.
Sophie Lawler (Newport, Pa./Newport) has tallied a team-leading seven assists this season.

Maura Greek (Garnet Valley, Pa./Garnet Valley) has notched nine shutouts while posting a .823 save percentage.

Bloomsburg returns to Steph Pettit Stadium at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 1 as they host Millersville with a shot at the PSAC tournament on the line.
