MOHNTON, Pa. – The Bloomsburg men's golf team placed seventh at the Alvernia Fall Invitational at the LedgeRock Golf Club on Tuesday afternoon.

Luca Neally (Corning, N.Y./Corning-Painted Post) just missed out on the top ten, tying for 11th with a six-over par 78. The Corning, N.Y.-native posted two birdies and ten pars on the day. Neally was consistent down the stretch, tallying nine pars in his final 12 holes.

Rylan Bravin (Frederick, Md./Urbana) finished one stroke back of Neally, ending the day in a seven-way tie for 16th at seven-over par (79). The freshman had a stellar back nine, going one-over with seven pars and a birdie on the par-four 16th hole.

Patrick Bush (Belle Vernon, Pa./Belle Vernon) tied for 26th, carding a nine-over 81 with eight pars and two birdies.
Jarred Berish (Pottstown, Pa./Owen J. Roberts) recorded three birdies on the day and tied for 36th with a 12-over 84.
Connor Matteo (Drums, Pa./Hazleton) posted a 14-over 86 to end the day in 46th.

Bloomsburg finished with a team score of 322 (+34).

Men's golf returns to the course on Thursday, October 9 as they host the Husky Fall Invitational at The Golf Course at Frosty Valley beginning at 12 p.m.
