BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – The Bloomsburg men's tennis team continued to roll in PSAC action as the Huskies downed Kutztown, 6-1, Thursday afternoon. The Huskies improved to 8-2 on the year and 3-0 in conference play.

Kutztown opened doubles action with a 6-1 win at No. 3 doubles but
Denis Dementev (Saint-Petersburg, Russia/) and
Iu Casamitjana (Igualada, Spain/Escola Pia Igualada) evened doubles play at 1-1 with a 6-2 win at No. 2 doubles.
Vishesh Patel (Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India/Asia English School) and
Sergio Dilan (San Juan, Puerto Rico/Cedin) clinched the doubles point with a 6-3 win at No. 1 doubles to give Bloomsburg a 1-0 lead.

Patel won his second match of the day with a 6-1, 6-2 win at No. 2 singles and Dementev picked up his second win with a 6-4, 6-4 win at No. 1 singles.
Alejandro Higuera () won the match for the Huskies with a 7-5, 6-2 win at No. 5 singles.

Casamitjana won No.3 singles 7-6, 6-4 and
Albert Martin (Barcelona/Instituto Menendez y Pelayo) won 6-3, 4-6, 6-4 at No. 4 singles for the 6-0 match lead for the Huskies.
Kutztown was not swept in singles action as Linus Vennekold won 4-6, 7-6, 1-0 at No. 6 singles to finish out the match.

The Huskies return to action on Saturday when they host Millersville for their Senior Day match at the Burt Reese Tennis Center at 1:00 p.m.
