BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – The Bloomsburg men's tennis team clinched their spot in the 2025 PSAC Men's Tennis Championship tournament with a 6-1 win over Millersville for Senior Day on Saturday afternoon. The Huskies improved to 9-2 overall and finished their conference slate 4-1.

The Marauders clinched the doubles point with a win at No. 1 and No. 3 doubles but
Iu Casamitjana (Igualada, Spain/Escola Pia Igualada) and
Denis Dementev (Saint-Petersburg, Russia/) avoided the sweep with a 7-5 win at No. 2 doubles.

Alejandro Higuera () tied the match at 1-1 with a 6-1, 6-2 win at No. 5 singles and
Jaime Soria (Pamplona, Spain/Liceo Monjardin) gave the Huskies a 2-1 match lead with a 6-1, 6-4 win at No. 6.

Dementev pushed the Bloomsburg lead to 3-1 with a 6-4, 6-4 win at No. 1 singles and
Vishesh Patel (Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India/Asia English School) clinched the win with a 6-3, 6-3 win at No. 2.

Casamitjana won 7-5, 6-4 at No. 3 singles and
Albert Martin (Barcelona/Instituto Menendez y Pelayo) won 7-5, 4-6, 1-0 (10-4) at No. 4 singles to finish the singles match sweep for the Huskies.

The Huskies return to action on Tuesday, April 22 when they host Chestnut Hill in a non-conference match at 3:00 p.m.
