GREENWOOD, Ind. – Two members of the Bloomsburg baseball team earned College Sports Communicators Academic All-District ® distinctions. The two selections for the Huskies were
Jacob Reifer (Bloomsburg, Pa./Central Columbia Area) and
Landon Lorson (South Williamsport, Pa./South Williamsport).
Reifer earns his second CSC Academic All-District honor after earning his graduate degree in Special Education with a 3.85 GPA. The right fielder finished tied for the team lead in RBIs this season with 40 while notching 46 hits and 27 runs.
Lorson is a marketing and professional sales major who holds a 3.71 GPA. The redshirt-sophomore earns his first CSC Academic All-District Distinction after finishing second on the team in strikeouts (32). Lorson saw action in 14 contests this season with seven starts while recording three complete games and one save.
The 2025 Academic All-District® Baseball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the diamond and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists are denoted with an asterisk and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced July 1, 2025.
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2024-25 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
