Men's Soccer's Contest Against Jefferson Canceled Due to Lightning

Weather impacted the game's start before the ultimate decision to call off the contest at the 30-minute mark.

PHILADELPHIA - Wednesday's men's soccer contest between Bloomsburg and Jefferson has been canceled due to lightning.

The game faced an initial delay prior to the opening kickoff before the contest's start. After almost 30 minutes of gametime, another stoppage forced a pause and the ultimate decision to call off the action.

No decision regarding a potential makeup date for the match has been finalized.

The Huskies next scheduled action is set for Saturday, September 20, at 7:00 p.m. at Steph Pettit Stadium against Frostburg State. Prior to the contest a pregame ceremony honoring the 2024 PSAC CHampionship Team will be held.
