KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Bloomsburg women's soccer team remains in the latest United Soccer Coaches Division II National Poll, coming in at No. 25 in the country. The Huskies currently hold the No. 3 ranking in this week's Atlantic Region poll.
Bloomsburg suffered its first defeat of the season, going 0-1-1 overall last week to move to 5-1-2 overall. The Huskies' week began with their first loss of 2025 and in conference play in a 1-0 decision at East Stroudsburg. Bloomsburg could not overcome a first-half goal despite numerous efforts in the second to find an equalizer. In a top-25 contest against then-No. 24 Shepherd, the Huskies battled with the Rams to a 2-2 draw at Steph Pettit Stadium. The freshman sparked Bloomsburg's efforts on the counter-attack, as Haley Bull (Bloomsburg, Pa./Central Columbia) netted the team's first goal minutes out of the half before Viktorya Luckenbach (Schuylkill Haven, Pa./Pine Grove Area) knotted the game at two goals apiece in the final moments of the match to earn a point in conference play.
The Huskies return to PSAC action on Wednesday, October 1, at 7:00 p.m. against Lock Haven.
