COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The Bloomsburg field hockey team had 14 players named to the 2025 NFHCA Division II National Academic Squad as released by the association on Wednesday.

The NFHCA recognizes more than 440 outstanding undergraduate student-athletes from 34 institutions named to the 2025 Division II National Academic Squad.

Sponsored by OPA Winning Teams, the NFHCA National Academic Squad program honors undergraduate student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher through the fall semester, nominated by their NFHCA member coaches.

East Stroudsburg lead all NCAA Division II schools with 24 selections while Newberry placed 20 student-athletes on the list.

52 student-athletes find themselves on national academic squad for the fourth consecutive year.

Kate Ferguson (Harrisburg, Pa./Susquehanna Township),

Alyssa Gobrecht (Perkasie, Pa./Pennridge),
Hannah Huddleson (Douglassville, Pa./Daniel Boone Area),
Kendall Iasiello (Northampton, Pa./Northampton),

Faith Jampo (Ambler, Pa./Wissahickon) earned the honor for the Huskies while Ferguson was among the 52 honorees with their fourth-straight distinction.

Flick claimed her third consecutive honor while Brosious, Bond, Bucher,
Kendall Iasiello (Northampton, Pa./Northampton) and
Raegan Iasiello (Northampton, Pa./Northampton).

The Huskies finished the season with 13-5 record and a 5-4 record in conference play. Bloomsburg ranked as high as fifth in the NFHCA coaches' poll last season.
