BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – The Bloomsburg men's tennis team dropped its Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) matchup with Edinboro, 6-1, at the Burt Reese Tennis Center on Saturday afternoon.

Denis Dementev (Saint-Petersburg, Russia/Russian Gymnasium at the State Russian Museum) and
Sergio Dilan (San Juan, Puerto Rico/Cedin) picked up the Huskies' lone win in doubles. Taking the No. 1 doubles match 7-5 over Leon Grassnickel and Emiel Tidman.
Landon Wall (Tabernacle, N.J./Seneca High School) and
Alejandro Higuera (Ciudad Obregon, Mexico/Colegio Weston) fell 7-5 in a tightly contested No. 3 doubles match. A 6-2 loss in the No. 2 doubles match clinched the doubles point for Edinboro.

Dementev continued his momentum into singles action, defeating Grassnickel, 6-2, 6-7, 7-6 in a back-and-forth match in No. 1 singles.

The Huskies saw three-set bouts in No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4 singles. Higuera fell 1,6, 6-2, 1-6 in the No. 2 bout while
Jack Seaborn (Cambridge, England/The Leys School) dropped No. 3 singles 6-2, 1-6, 4-6.
Jaime Soria (Pamplona, Spain/Liceo Monjardin) lost 4-6, 6-2, 4-6 in the No. 4 singles matchup. Dilan dropped No. 5 singles 1-6, 0-6 while Wall fell in No.6 singles 2-6, 3-6.
