2025 (OTF): Finished 23rd in the 800 with a time of 2:34.17 at the Ursinus Track & FIeld Festival (04/04-05) ... ran a 5:17.97 in the 1500 to take sixth at the SU Outdoor Riven Hawk Multi (04/10-12) ... finished seventh overall with a time of 2:35.17 in the 800 at the SU Mid-Week PR Bonanza (04/16).
2024-25 (ITF): Ran a 5:49.29 to finish seven in the mile at the River Hawk Invite (01/18) ... finished eighth overall with a time of 10:32.23 in the 4x800 and took 24th in the 800 with a time of 2:31.21 at the Gulden Invitational (01/25) ... finished 23rd in the 800 with a time of 2:37.44 and helped the DMR team to an 11th place finish with a time of 13:28.05 at the Bison Open and Multi (01/31-02/01).
2024 (XC): Finished 83rd at the Kutztown DII/III Challenge (6K) with a time of 27:42.3 (09/13) ... finished 38th in the LHU XC Invitational (6K) with a time of 26:07.0 (09/28) ... finished 106th overall at the PSAC Cross Country Championships (6K) with a time of 25:35.7 (10/26) ... finished 10th at the Go-Fast River Run (6K) with a time of 25:03.4 (11/02).
