2026 (OTF): Opened the season with a 15th-place finish in the 800 (2:38.99) and a 31st-place finish in the mile (6:01.10) at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invite (03/19-21) ... posted a season-best time of 5:17.65 in the 1500 at the Jim Taylor Duals (03/27-28) ... ran a season-best time of 2:33.37 in the 800 to finish 12th at the All-American Invite (04/04) ... finished 23rd in the 800 (2:40.18) and 18th in the 1500 (5:28.42) at the Bill Butler Invite (04/10-11) ... took 11th in the 800 with a time of 2:36.81 at the SU Mid-Week PR Bonanza (04/16) ... took fifth in the 1500 with a time of 5:23.53 at the Maroon & Gold Invite (04/23).

2025-26 (ITF): Ran a season-best time of 3:28.21 to take 10th in the 1000-meter run at the Bison Challenge + Multi (01/30-31) ... finished 76th in the 800 at the Fastrack National Invite with an indoor-best time of 2:37.01 (02/06) ... posted a season-best time of 5:58.22 in the mile at the YSU Last Chance Meet to take 43rd (02/13) ... took 33rd in the 800 at the Tune Up with a time of 2:38.75 (02/20).

2025 (XC): Finished 171st overall with a time of 27:49.9 at the LHU XC Open (6K) (09/27) ... ran a 27:50.5 to take 313th overall at the Paul Short Run (6K) (10/03) ... finished 148th overall with a time of 28:30.8 at the PSAC Cross Country Championships (6K) (10/25). 

2024 (XC): Opened the season with a 66th-place finish at the Kutztown DII/III Challenge (6K) with a time of 26:11.4 (09/13) ... finished 152nd overall at the LHU XC Invitational (6K) with a time of 24:56.7 (09/28) ... finished 108th overall at the PSAC Cross Country Championships (6K) with a time of 25:54.4 (10/26) ... finished 15th at the Go-Fast River Run (6K) with a time of 25:55.3 (11/02).
