2016: (OUTDOOR) Placed 16th at the PSAC Championships in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 58.18 seconds (5/13)...Psted a PR of 56.93 seconds in the 400-meter hurdles at the Maroon and Gold Invitational (4/30)...Competed in the 110-meter hurdles at the Bison Classic, finishing in a time of 16.28 seconds...Also competed in the 400-meter hurdles finishing in a time of 58.27 seconds (4/17)...Finished second at the 400-meter hurdles in a PSAC qualifying time of 57.49 at the Coach P Open at Moravian (4/10)...Took eighth in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 58.62 seconds at the Jim Taylor Invitational (3/26).
2015-16: (INDOOR) Placed sixth in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.96 at the Susquehanna Open (2/20)...Ran a 9.01 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Bison Tuneup (2/12)...Ran a PR in the 500-meter run finishing in 1:11.81 and ran the 60 meter hurdles in a time of 9.17 at the YSU National Invite (2/6)...Part of the 4x400 team that ran in a time of 3:35.89 at the Bison Open and Multi (1/30)... Posted a time of 1:14.33 in the 500-meter run at the Bison Opener. Also posted a time of 8.97 seconds in the finals of the 60-meter hurdles. (12/5)
2015 (OUTDOOR): Was a part of the 4x100 meter relay team that finished second with a time of 45.03, took eighth in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 16.53 and placed fifth in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 1:03.38 at the tri-meet with Kutztown and East Stroudsburg (4/4)... In the 400-meter hurdles, placed 39th with a time of 1:00.99 and was also a member of the 4x100 relay team which placed 14th with a time of 44.52 at the Bison Open at Bucknell University (4/12)... Placed ninth in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 1:00.97 also competed in the 110 hurdles, finishing with a time of 16.22, placing 17th at the All-American Meet at East Stroudsburg(4/18)... Was a member of the 4x100 meter relay team that finished 9th with a time of 43.76 at the PSAC Championships at East Stroudsburg University (4/30)...
2014-15 (INDOOR): Competed in the 60-meter hurdles and finished with a time of 9.27 at the Bison Tune Up (2/13)... Was a member of the 4x400 meter relay team who finished fifth with a time of 3:51.59. Took first place in the 60-meter hurdles and qualified for PSAC Championships with a time of 8.98 at the Susquehanna Indoor Open (2/20)... Finished the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.13 and was a part of the 4x400 relay team who finished with a time of 3:34.42 at the PSAC Championships (3/1).
