2016: (OUTDOOR) Named the 2016 PSAC Champion Scholar for Track and Field...Earned a podium finish by taking eighth at 5000-meters at PSACs in 15:12.64 (5/14)...Finished 12th at the PSAC Championships at 10,000-meters in 32:37.52 (5/12)...Won the 5000-meter race at the Maroon and Gold Invitational in 15:02.88 (4/30).. Qualified for PSACs at 10,000-meters by running 31:53.51 at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/16)...Took second and qualified for PSACs in the 5000-meter run with a time of 15:14.87 at the Jim Taylor Invitational (3/26).
2015-16 (INDOOR): In the 5000 meter run, took 15
th in 15:25.02 and in the 3000 meter run, placed 11th with a career best time of 8:49.05 at the PSAC Indoor Track and Field Championship (2/28)... Ran a PR at 5000-meters finishing in 15:14.65 at the YSU National Invite (2/5)...Qualified for PSACs in the 3000-meters with a time of 8:52.81 at the Bison Open and Multi (1/30)... In his first meet of the season at Bison Opener qualified for the PSAC Championships at 5000-meters taking first place in 15:46.79 (12/5).
2015 (OUTDOOR): Placed second in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a finishing time of 10:17.56
at the tri-meet with Kutztown and East Stroudsburg (4/4)... Competed in the 3000 steeplechase and placed sixth with a time of 10:07.56 at the All-American Meet at East Stroudsburg (4/18).
2014-15 (INDOOR): Finished 16th out of 33 in the 3000-meter run with a time of 9:27.08 at the Susquehanna Indoor Open (2/20)
