2017-18 PSAC Scholar Athlete

2016-17 (INDOOR):
Took 11th in the mile at the Gulden Invitational at 4:32.61 (1/21).

2015-16: (OUTDOOR) Posted a personal record time in the 5000-meter run at the Bison Classic finishing in a time of 15:43.28 (4/16).

2015-16: (INDOOR) Ran 9:25.75 at 3000-meters at the Bison Opener. (12/5)

2013-14 (OUTDOOR): Ran the 5000 meter in 16:50.01 at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational (3/22).

2013-14 (INDOOR): Ran the 3,000 meters in 9:46.88 at the Bucknell Mini Meet (1/11)...Ran a 4:49.38 mile at the Colgate University Class of '32 Invitational (1/18)... Ran the 5,000 meters in 16:39.50 at the Crusader Classic (2/8)...Ran the mile in 4:40.95 at the Bucknell Tune-Up (2/14).
