2016-17 (INDOOR):
Took seventh in the 800-meter run at Bucknell University's Gulden Invitational at 2:00.48 (1/21) ... Finished in seventh in the mile race at the Wagner College Seahawk Shootout with a career-best time of 4:31.87 (12/9) ... Finished third in the mile race with a time of 4:39.03 at the Bison Opener (12/4).
2016 (OUTDOOR): Was part of the 4 x 800 relay team that finished eighth at the PSAC Championships in a school record time of 7:56.79. Also ran on the 4 x 400 relay team that finished in 3:29.13 (5/14)...Posted a season-best time of 1:58.53 at 800-meters at the Mansfield Invitational (4/23)...Competed in the 800-meter run at the Bison Classic finishing in a time of 1:59.30 (4/17)...Ran a career-best time at the Bison Classic in the 1500-meter run with a time of 4:08.40 (4/16)...Had a time of 1:59.63 at 800-meters at the Coach P Open at Moravian (4/10).
2015-16 (INDOOR): Ran a 1:59.10 in the 800 meter run at
thePSAC Indoor Track and Field Championship (2/28)..Had a PR and qualified for PSAC with a time of 1:58.27 in the 800 meter run at the Bison Tuneup (2/12)...Part of the 4x400 team that ran in a time of 3:35.89 at the Bison Open and Multi (1/30)... Posted a time of 9:21.47 at 3000-meters at the Bison Opener. (12/5).
2015 (OUTDOOR): In the 1,500 meters, finished with a time of 4:15.77 at the Jim Taylor Invitational (3/29)... Placed fourth in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:04.40 and took second in the 3000-meter run with a finishing time of 9:46.71 at the tri-meet with Kutztown and East Stroudsburg (4/4)... Placed 88th in the 1,500 with a time of 4:09.80 at the Bison Open at Bucknell University (4/12)... Competed in the 1,500 and finished with a time of 4:14.32 good for a eighth place finish at the All-American Meet at East Stroudsburg (4/18).
2014-15 (INDOOR): Ran the mile in a time of 4:36.69 at the Bison Open (1/31)... Took ninth in the mile with a time of 4:39.36 at the Bison Tune Up (2/13)...
Finished 14th out of 34 in the 800 meter run with a finishing time of 2:01.85 at the Deneault Invitational (2/21).
