Finished the 2017-18 campaign with a 12-18 record in the 197-pound weight class with seven pins. Went 6-9 in both duals and tournaments. Lost to Dustin Conti by a 7-4 decision, then defeated John Kelby of Cleveland State by a 9-3 decision before dropping his consolation quarterfinal match to Dylan Reynolds of Endiboro by 4-1 at the EWL Championships (3/3) ... Earned a pivotal win by fall (4:08) over Chad Reese of Bucknell in 22-20 comeback win (2/17) ... Defeated Alexander Melikian of Binghamton by sudden victory (2/11) ...Fell to Ethan Laird of Rider University by a 10-4 decision (1/28) ...Defeated Evan Kauffman of Kutztown at PSAC Championship tournament, 11-4 by decision (12/9)...Wrestled back to claim third place at the Mat Town Open after pinning Ray Bernot of Lock Haven (2:03) and Brian Kennerly of Virginia (4:03) (11/26)...Earned a 3-1 win by decision over Jake Kleimola of Indiana in 19-18 loss (11/16)...Won his first career victory in his first match against John Kelbly of Cleveland State at the Clarion Open in a 7-5 decision (11/5).
