Took second overall at the PSAC Indoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 1:57.12 in the 800-meter run (2/29-3/1) ... Took third overall in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:56.68 at the Bucknell Tune Up (2/21).
2019 Outdoor
Took fifth overall in the 800-meter run (1:54.40), 10th in the 4x400-meter relay (3:31.14), and fourth in the 4x800-meter relay (7:44.73 - school record) at the PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (5/9-11) ... Won the 800-meter run with a time of 1:54.77 and helped the 4x400-meter relay team to a win with a time of 3:49.44 at the Maroon and Gold Invitational (4/27) ... Took second overall with a personal-best time of 4:04.36 in the 1500-meter run at the Shippensburg University Mid-Week Meet (4/17) ... Helped the 4x400-meter relay team to a second-place finish with a time of 3:28.59 at the Shippensburg Mid-Week Meet ... Set a personal-best time of 1:54.28 in the 800-meter run and took 34th while helping the 4x400-meter relay team to a sixth-place finish with a time of 3:33.10 at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/13-14) ... Won the 800-meter run with a time of 1:57.00 at the SU Invitational (2/16) ... Set a personal-best time in the 1000-meter run with a time of 2:31.71 and took third while winning the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:32.83 at the Bucknell Tune Up (2/8) ... Ran a season-best time of 1:56.81 and took second overall at the Youngstown State Mid-Major Invite (2/1-2) ... Won the 500-meter run with a personal-best time of 1:05.91, took sixth in the 4x400-meter relay (3:34.09) and thrd in the DMR with a time of 10:39.69 at the 21st Annual Bison Open (1/25-26) ... Set a personal-best time in the 600-meter run with a time of 1:22.93 at the NAU Friday Night Duals (1/11) ...
