Sophomore Grace Giza led the women's volleyball team to a 2-2 record at the Post University Tournament by totaling 44 kills and 19 blocks in the four matches. Giza hit .250 over the weekend, averaging 2.59 kills per set and 1.12 blocks per set. In the opening match against Southern Connecticut State, Giza hit .440 with 13 kills and then followed that performance with 13 kills and six total blocks in the victory over Felician later that evening. On Sunday, Giza had nine kills and six blocks in each match against Post (win) and Saint Anselm (loss). The sophomore is currently 12th in the PSAC in blocks per set (0.94) through eight matches this season. She leads the Huskies in hitting percentage (.197) while ranking second in kills per set (2.33).
