Junior Hannah Barnard led the Huskies to a pair of shutout victories last week which helped put Bloomsburg in a three-way tie for the final postseason spot in the PSAC standings. Barnard turned aside all 20 shots she faced in wins at #3 Millersville on Wednesday night and against Slippery Rock at home on Saturday.

On Wednesday night, Barnard and the Huskies stunned #3 Millersville on the road by a 1-0 final in double overtime. The junior turned aside 15 shots to preserve the victory - 12 of which came after the opening half. The 15 saves tied for the third-highest single-game save total in the conference this season but marked the most saves in a game in a shutout performance in the league this year. Then, on Saturday, Barnard played the first three periods in the Huskies' 3-0 home win over Slippery Rock and stopped another five shots in the victory.

Barnard has not allowed a goal in her last 187:54 of action and she currently leads the PSAC in save percentage (.892). Her 0.94 goals against average is fourth while her 5.80 saves per game is also fourth.
