Sophomore Kathryn Blair had three top-ten finishes on the track last weekend against a Division I-heavy field at the Virginia Military Institute (VMI) Indoor Classic. Her highlight of the weekend came in the 4x800-meter relay where she teamed up with junior Autumn Avery, freshman Nicole Keeley, and sophomore Riley Snyder for a school-record time of 9:24.46 and a second-place finish in the event. The previous record of 9:25.87 was set back in 2012. Later in the weekend, Blair finished sixth overall in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:17.16 and then placed seventh in the mile with a personal-best time of 5:04.84.
