Ashley Blannard earned a pair of All-PSAC accolades over the weekend as she helped the Bloomsburg women's track & field team to an eighth-place finish at the 2021 PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Shippensburg. On Friday, Blannard earned a third-place finish in the long jump to lead a trio of Huskies in the event. She posted a best mark of 5.67 meters to earn her first All-Conference honor of the weekend. Then, on Saturday, Blannard hit a personal-best mark of 11.70 meters in the triple jump for her second third-place result - and second All-Conference laurel - of the three-day meet. Blannard's previous high was 11.67 meters she hit a couple of weeks ago at the Maroon & Gold Invitational. Blannard was the Huskies' only two-time All-Conference honoree of the weekend - men or women.
