Graduate student Olly Whitham led the Huskies to a 6-2 win over the College of Staten Island on Saturday to open the 2022 season. Whitham scored on a PK in the 54th minute, which proved to be the game-winner. He also assisted on the game's first goal as he put a put corner kick into the box in the 19th minute that Kody Besser finished for his first career goal at BU.
